The first 20 organizations nationwide to sign up for Community lock a $1,000-a-year ceiling that never moves. Not a first-year promotion. Not a rate that resets when you renew. However big your school gets, the bill stops at $1,000.

Underneath that ceiling the rate is $3.50 per family per year instead of the standard $4.50, so a smaller school pays less than the ceiling and never more than it. A 600-family middle school pays $1,000. So does a 1,200-family high school. Same product as standard Community, same support, permanently better terms.

In return, I ask one thing: be a reference when other PTOs ask whether this is real. That's it.

Lake Oswego School District schools: a separate Founding District program applies. Year one, I match what your school pays DirectorySpot today. Year two onward you're on Founding Partner terms, ceiling included. 15 minutes to walk through it.

Common questions

How are we billed?
Once a year, by invoice or credit card. We invoice 30 days before your renewal date so you have time to budget. No monthly plans, no per-seat add-ons.
What if our family count changes mid-year?
We don't true-up in the middle of a contract. Add or remove families freely — we'll review the count at renewal and adjust the next year if needed.
Can we upgrade from Directory to Community mid-year?
Yes. We prorate the difference to the end of your current contract; the Community features — Circles, Clubs, volunteer matching, Broadcasts, Trusted Help, and Sponsors — turn on immediately.
Is there an annual contract?
Yes — a 12-month term that renews automatically each year. We email a renewal notice 60 days before your renewal date with the price for the coming year. You can cancel up to 30 days before renewal — we never change pricing mid-contract.
What's the Founding Partner program?
The first 20 organizations nationwide to sign up for Community lock a $1,000-a-year ceiling for life. Underneath it the rate is $3.50 per family per year instead of the standard $4.50, so a smaller school pays less and no school ever pays more than $1,000. Same product as standard Community. The terms are permanent, not a first-year discount. In return, I ask you to be a reference when other PTOs ask whether this is real.
Our school has 900 families. What do we actually pay?
As a Founding Partner, $1,000. Past roughly 285 families the ceiling is your price, so the per-family rate stops mattering and the number stops moving. That's the point of the ceiling: you can grow into it, but you can't grow past it.
What about schools in Lake Oswego SD?
A separate Founding District program applies. Year one, Roost matches what your school pays DirectorySpot today. Year two onward you're on Founding Partner terms, including the $1,000 ceiling, locked for life. Every Lake Oswego school that signs by August 31, 2026 gets the same deal, with no first-mover advantage and no later-mover penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, ACH, or a check sent to our business address. Many PTOs prefer ACH because it avoids credit-card fees.
